I want to thanks the Group “420 times” Page for posting this recipe and bringing it to my attention!
Recipe yields approx 2 Litres of oil
200 – 250 grams dry cannabis shake/trim
silkscreen (min 200+ thread count per inch)
3 Litres extra virgin olive oil
Colander or strainer
-Add cannabis to slow cooker, add olive oil until it just covers the cannabis.
-Turn slow cooker on HIGH for 2 hours, then reduce heat to LOW for an additional 4 – 6 hours… stirring occasionally
If desiring a stronger product, add fresh cannabis to the previously heated oil left in the slow cooker and top with olive oil to cover cannabis… continue cooking on low heat overnight or up to two days
-Strain Oil, as warm as possible, through cheese cloth, then through silkscreen.
Oil is ready to consume as-is. It will keep for up to 3 months.
***Cannabis oil can have a very narcotic effect. It is recommended that you do not drive, operate machinery or perform difficult tasks after consumption. Always remember to take it easy with orally ingested cannabis.
