Spring Valley Delivery Service Armed Robbery Warning

Medical Marijuana Delivery Service TruckDelivery Service Armed Robbery Warning I recently met with a client who operates a medical marijuana delivery service in San Diego County. On May 26, 2014 he took a call from someone claiming to be Carlos Haynes who wanted a half ounce of medical marijuana. The physician’s recommendation was verified through Greenlife as recommendation # 000 486 7388 43217 which expires on November 14, 2014. The caller then said he was unable to send a photo of his driver’s license because of a problem with his cell phone, but stated that his CA driver’s license is #B7192410. The address given was 1219 Presioca Street, Spring Valley, CA 91977. When the delivery service driver arrived at that address at about 9:30 pm on May 26, 2014, a black man about 6′ tall of medium build, no visible tattoos, short hair, no facial hair went out to the car and robbed the driver at gun point. The robber also identified himself as Joe. It is likely that “Carlos Hayes” is not the actual name of the perpetrator but rather someone who had his driver’s license and mmj recommendation letter misappropriated. My client is unable to discuss this matter with the police, but he has authorized me to release the above information to other medical marijuana businesses in San Diego County in order to prevent harm to others. Please advise if you have any comments or questions.
