Terms & conditionsAGREEMENT<br /><br /><br /> This contract (“THE AGREEMENT”) sets forth the terms and conditions of the affiliate relationship between this site and its owners (“Cannabis Seed Guru”) and the party requesting enrolment (“AFFILIATE”). </p><br /><br /> <p>ENROLMENT<br /><br /><br /> By providing their information and agreeing to these terms AFFILIATE requests enrolment in Cannabis Seed Guru’s affiliate program. Cannabis Seed Guru reserves the right to refuse enrolment for any reason. Cannabis Seed Guru is not required to notify AFFILIATE if enrolment has been denied, or to provide any explanation.</p><br /><br /> <p>GENERAL TERMS<br /><br /><br /> By section 6 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the United Kingdom without a license from the Secretary of State. Anyone committing an offence contrary to this section may be imprisoned of fined, or both.<br /><br /><br /> The AFFILIATE must note that promoting the germination of Cannabis Seed Guru’s cannabis seeds is illegal in the UK and in most other countries.<br /><br /><br /> Due to certain regional laws we are unable to deliver our seeds to certain countries. Therefore, if your website is specifically regional we advise you to check local laws before applying to become an AFFILIATE.<br /><br /><br /> Cannabis Seed Guru does not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law. All persons who purchase seeds are responsible for their actions in the future. Cannabis Seed Guru will accept no responsibility in this respect. All information contained on any Cannabis Seed Guru promotional material or packaging is for educational purposes only and is not intended to condone, promote or incite the use of illegal and/or controlled substances.<br /><br /><br /> Likewise AFFILIATES must not incite the use, cultivation or trafficking of banned substances.</p><br /><br /> <p>LINKS<br /><br /><br /> Cannabis Seed Gurumay provide AFFILIATE with links, banners, text, multimedia content, or other snippets (collectively “ADS”) to use when promoting Cannabis Seed Guru’s product(s).</p><br /><br /> <p>TRACKING<br /><br /><br /> Cannabis Seed Guru will track referred users (“REFERRALS”) on the basis of additional information added to the URL, and/or the referring URL. REFERRAL may be tracked using JavaScript, cookies, IP address, and/or other technologies. AFFILIATE accepts that tracking of referrals is inaccurate. AFFILIATE accepts that they may not receive credit for referrals who have disabled Flash, cookies, or JavaScript, or who in some other way interfere with the normal operation of tracking code. Cannabis Seed Guru may also cancel any transaction, including all commissions owed to AFFILIATE for any reason, including duplicate transactions, suspicious or fraudulent transactions, order returns, refunds, or incorrectly assigned transactions, even if the transaction was tracked automatically by the code.</p><br /><br /> <p>PAY PER CLICK ADVERTISING (PPC)<br /><br /><br /> AFFILIATES may promote Cannabis Seed Guru’s websites using PPC campaigns in various search engines. AFFILIATES acknowledge that promoting cannabis seeds may be not allowed or limited by various search engines and they run their affiliate PPC campaigns on their own risk. AFFILIATES must adhere to search engine company’s Terms and Conditions.</p><br /><br /> <p>Cannabis Seed Guru will pay AFFILIATE commissions every month, after the 20th day of a month, for commissions generated up to the last day of a previous month. Affiliate must be owed £100, or the minimum payout threshold selected in AFFILIATE’s account options, to be able to receive payment. AFFILIATES can be paid by cheque or direct bank transfer. International bank transfers (outside UK) lower than £200 are subject to £10 payment processing fee. Payments are issued in GBP.<br /><br /><br /> CUSTOMERS</p><br /><br /> <p>AFFILIATE grants that REFERRAL is the customer of Cannabis Seed Guru. Cannabis Seed Guru may attempt to sell additional goods or services to REFERRAL at any time, for any reason.</p><br /><br /> <p>LICENSE<br /><br /><br /> ADS may contain copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Unless otherwise noted, Affiliate is authorized to use ADS and the content in them for the sole purpose of promoting Cannabis Seed Guru’s product(s). THE AGREEMENT in no way implies an exclusive license to intellectual property, license to create or display derivative works, or a license to use any material for any purpose other than promotion of Cannabis Seed Guru’s product(s).</p><br /><br /> <p>DURATION<br /><br /><br /> THE AGREEMENT may be terminated at any time by either party by notifying the other party in writing, by telephone, or via email. Upon termination Affiliate will be paid any commissions owed. Upon termination, Cannabis Seed Guru will no longer pay AFFILIATE any commission for visitors sent, even if Cannabis Seed Guru continues to track AFFILIATE’s REFERRALS.</p><br /><br /> <p>MODIFICATION<br /><br /><br /> Cannabis Seed Guru may change this agreement at any time by posting a new agreement here. AFFILIATE’s continued use of the referral tracking system shall constitute agreement to the new terms. If AFFILIATE chooses not to accept the new terms, AFFILIATE may terminate THE AGREEMENT as set forth above.</p><br /><br /> <p>LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<br /><br /><br /> THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.<br /><br /><br /> I agree to the terms & conditions
